Refund policy

WEST SEATTLE PERFORMING ARTS WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
Students or guardians may request a refund:

In full or 100% refund before the  the first day of a class workshop or intensive. 

Class credits will be issued for any withdraw from a course once it has started. Class credit cannot be transferred to other students outside of the immediate family. Class credits are valid up to one year from the withdrawal date.

If injury or illness prohibits a student from participating in a class, workshop or intensive please contact registrar@westseattleperformingarts.org
to meet with the registrar to set up a class credit. Notification of withdrawal can be made by email or phone message to 206- 935-3777. Verbal notifications through conversation will not be honored.
