2026 Costume Sizing Form – Required

All students are required to complete the 2026 WSPA Costume Sizing Form by Saturday, October 17th. Company 1 students should complete the form themselves, while parents or guardians should complete it on behalf of all other students to ensure accurate costume sizing.
