Thomas Fontana

Thomas Fontana (he/him) grew up in Seattle, Washington. He began ballet at age 7 studying at Cornish College of the Arts Preparatory Dance School with Ms. Juarez as his teacher. He attended summer intensives at Cornish College of the Arts Preparatory School, Summer Dance in Walla Walla, Washington, Ballet Austin, Colorado Ballet, and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. At 16, Thomas was invited to join the Pre-Professional program at Pacific Northwest Ballet. Thomas then joined the Pre-Professional Program at Colorado Ballet where he danced the lead in Coppelia. Thomas was hired into the Colorado Ballet Studio Company for the 22-23 season.

 

At Colorado Ballet, Thomas danced in The Nutcracker, Dracula, Lady of the Camellias, and Cinderella. At PNB Thomas danced in Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Carmina Burana, and Beauty and the Beast among other productions.
